Nice Weather Up Until the Twelfth Hole

I made 4 pars: Hole #2, #5, #9, and #10.

The temperature was a pleasant 73º and the wind cooperated until 9:30; then it picked up to 20 mph. Tom and I lost.

I Broke 90

Today was a GREAT day for golf! It started out chilly with the temperature of 61º at tee off. Later, it went up to 75º. It's 79º now. I made pars on holes #2, #16, and #17. Why was it such a great day? Just look at this scorecard! I broke 90!

We Lost

My partner and I lost by one point. Close matches make for exciting games.

I had 6 pars on #5, #8, #9, #12, #14 and #15. It was very warm; we teed off at 75º and finished at 85º. No wind to speak of.


I like this Big Bertha Hawk Eye VFT-Titanium 3-wood. I seem to do well with it. I've had it for many years; it's worn, but it's my favorite club.

It was 60º at tee off, but quickly warmed up to 70º, a perfect day for golf. No wind to speak of.

Snowbirds and Birdies

Did you watch Tiger's comeback? I did. He birdied the 18th hole to win the tournament. He's one solid player.


Today, the price dropped from $37 to $25. I love it when the snowbirds fly home!






However, I do like birdies, and I made one today on the ninth hole!

At tee time, the temperature was 75º with a 15 mph wind. It was a beautiful day for golfing.
