Golfer's Paradise

Today's game might not have ended up with my having a perfect score, but it was a delightful time with good friends, tee-off temperature at 70º, and very little breeze. I made four pars: Hole #2, Hole #4, Hole #9, and Hole #10.

I've been golfing with Tom for over twenty years, with Doug for several years, and with Nelson for over a year. We make a good foursome.

Today's tee-off temperature was 38º, and it was windy--20 mph. Why, you might ask would any sane person play golf with conditions like these? My title is my answer. (Thanks for calling me sane.)

Neither nor cold, nor wind, nor gloom of night, will stay this golfer from his course!

Today was cold; the temperature was 54º for tee off, and it's only 58º now at 10:30! We have wind too--10-15 mph. A cold front has moved in, and the weatherman says it'll stay for most of the week. Brrrr.

I had two pars today on hole #12 and #17.

Fantastic Day for Golf

We teed off at 7:01. My shot went straight down the fairway.

The weather was fantastic, very little breeze, about 78 degrees.

I made 3 pars on holes #10, #11, and #13.
